 @adamsilverstein just use the last patch

 It is just the UI for setting -> reading to give you an idea of where I am
 going with this

 to help with testing I am including code to create a book CPT in the
 default theme this will not be in the final patch

 and the src/wp-includes/assets/script-loader-packages.php should have been
 patched
