 Hey @pbearne :) Thanks for working on this patch (for so long!) - I
 noticed you changed `src/wp-includes/assets/script-loader-packages.php` in
 your latest patch, is that intentional? It didn't apply cleanly so I'll
 leave off for my testing for now.
