 Hopefully the Twitter block helps going forward!

 I have tried the flow in the video for all default user roles
 (Contributor, Author, Administrator, and Editor), but I am still unable to
 reproduce the issue.

 I'd suggest deactivating all plugins and trying again to see if the issue
 continues. If it does not, reactivate plugins one by one until you find
 which one is causing the problem. I know that is not always possible,
 though.

 I am going to add the `close` recommendation with the `worksforme`
 resolution. But I'll also leave this open for a while in case someone else
 is having the same issue.
