 Hi, welcome to WordPress Trac and thank you for opening this ticket,

 While there is no plan to add any admin option for this for now, let's
 discuss this ticket during our next core-auto-updates meeting. For your
 information, the current plan for WP 5.6 would probably rather be to work
 on less notifications (only failures, for example).
