Comment:

 Moving this to Future Release for now to avoid confusion, as this was only
 left open as a tracking ticket, and the milestone for 5.7 is not created
 yet.

 * For step 2 in WordPress 5.6, see #50564.
 * For step 3, a new ticket should be created as well.
