Comment:

 Since there has been no reporter feedback and I cannot find any additional
 reports, I am going to close this out.

 Looking at the code, the `0` index of this array is the sub menu item
 title. I can't think of a good use case for having a menu item with no
 title. If anything, this notice is a good indicator that something is not
 working correctly.

 If you are still able to reproduce and something different is going on,
 please feel free to reopen with more details.
