 @SergeyBiryukov thank you for your respond actually not the same issue.
 The previous issue was relating to Tablepress interfering with the feature
 image.

 This time it is actually Jetpack that is the problem. After experimenting
 with plugins on and off we discovered it was a **Jetpack Performance
 Issue** we have since disabled the 'Speed up image load times' because
 after pinpointing the Jetpack plugin as the cause of the issue we
 experimented with different settings and discovered specifically this cdn
 image setting was causing the problem.

 For some reason if we use this feature it causes 403 errors. It has since
 been disabled.
