 General: Correct reversed `svn:auto-props` for `.mo` and `.po` files.

 * `.mo` files are binary and should have `svn:mime-type=application/octet-
 stream`.
 * `.po` files are text and should have `svn:eol-style=native`, same as
 `.pot` files.
