 I'm happy to change the markup to whatever. Could we get a final
 recommendation on that? As well as marking the field as `aria-required`?

 I thought I solved it. I've changed it to use `aria-disabled` and no-op.
 Based on earlier feedback, if the password is successfully created, the
 focus is automatically moved to the success notice. Should that no longer
 happen?
