 Hey all! Just wanted to throw out another thought, which is that on iPad,
 dragging a metabox is the same action as scrolling. Anecdotal of course,
 but I've seen accidental metabox moving happen on iPads a few times
 lately, mostly with my brother in law who just bought an iPad pro and
 demands it be used for everything now :D
