 Yes, I'll have to second that this change was off putting for myself. It
 took me reading the ticket to learn about the Screen Options toggle and
 find that odd and cumbersome. I don't see why we can't just have the
 existing drag-drop. Or at worst change the drag handle to a single icon
 beside the expand icon as that's a convention that's not new.
