 I love it @melchoyce, we (@paaljoachim and I) discussed during a scrub and
 feel this is a good direction so moving for dev request.

 One thing we would change though is instead of blue/primary button have
 the remove be a red/destructive one as this will remove menu items without
 an easy undo and if you have alot of them that's not much fun.
