 I don't think most users know what "Core" means (or should be expected
 to). To them it's just WordPress and in this case the whole page has a
 heading of "WordPress Updates" so just referring to "Auto-update settings"
 or "Auto-updates setting" seems right.

 Thinking about "Auto-update setting" vs "Auto-update settings" and in the
 saved notice too.
