 Interesting, it shouldn't be an issue for the most recent version of
 `@wordpress/scripts`. There was a change introduced that install Chromium
 only when e2e test is executed for the first time. Well, it doesn't harm
 to have this variable set but it feels redundant unless something went
 wrong.
