 I added a third [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/591
 PR] in which only the new `<script>` tag formatting functions are present.
 I also rebased the [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/pull/498 PR] with the inline script refactoring so that every
 commit is only about one single page/component.
