 The constant is defined in both `disable_wp_cron.php` and `wp-config.php`,
 in PHP 8 this was changed from a notice to a warning. See the test code at
 https://3v4l.org/fTLBp

 As both of these files are user configured, it's not something Core can
 help with fixing. I suggest you get assistance in the
 [https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ WordPress support forums].

 I'm closing this ticket as `invalid` as this can't be fixed by Core. In
 this case `invalid` is Trac's unfriendly term to indicate you've been
 referred to support.
