 I think a patch approach here would be to add a filter around the line
 added in [41345] that filters an array of providers *not* to apply the
 `dnt` query arg to, with Vimeo in there as a default item in the array. We
 may need to move this before the `$provider` variable is changed, or use a
 separate variable for the changed `$provider` URL.
