 @swissspidy That PR is a bit difficult to review and test with over 50
 files changed!

 Can we review and commit the core functionality first? That is the new
 incline script helpers - https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/pull/498/files#diff-6f2c2b01200cf58d447b9d3d63027da5R7636-R7738.

 Then we can address testing and changing all core usage, taking on that
 project one file or feature at a time. We started this work on
