 When you export with all Content in XML using Export option using tools -
 https://prnt.sc/urft1h and then after adding Fresh WordPress import
 https://prnt.sc/urftsr Same XML it's Import all Data.

 But if you by mistake Import same XML again then all content is proper
 except MENU items.
 Menu Items will generate twice with Same name. Like this-
 https://prnt.sc/urfum8

 It means it's not checking when same content import again for Menu, it's
 already there.

 I face this issue in latest WP version.
