 I wasn't able to reproduce the problem. Do you still experience it?

 If so, could you do the following?
 1. Let us know whether you use the block editor or classic editor (or one
 from a plugin).
 2. Identify your operating system and any browsers you use when you
 experience the scrolling trouble.
 3. Upload a video (or screenshots) to help show how it's wrong.
