 What do you expect to happen when you drag an image block into the
 paragraph block? Would the paragraph block be replaced? Or split into two
 paragraphs?

 I'm having a hard time envisioning how this would work, as in my mind, a
 paragraph block is a discrete piece of content: you can drag an image
 block ''before'' or ''after'' a paragraph block, but not ''into'' it.
