 If you decide to call `jQuery.UNSAFE_restoreLegacyHtmlPrefilter()` as part
 of #50564 then the Migrate warnings will include violations related to
 self-closed tags. Before you remove Migrate, you'll need to remove that
 call (or you can do it all in one go).
