Comment:

 Hi @mitogh. This is possible at the post type level by setting
 `publicly_queryable` to `false`. Does this not suit your use case?

 I don't think it makes sense to hide the Preview button but still allow
 previewing. Setting `publicly_queryable` to `false` will properly disable
 both.
