 2.      Using webp as default image format
 2.1.    Add a new settings page which
 2.1.1.  Adds a check of the server environment and displays a red or green
 signal
 2.1.2.  Add a switch to decide if webp should be the default format or
 not. Fixed to not if the check in 3.1.1 failed
 3.      Decision if handled within Gutenberg through an image block or an
 own block
 3.1.    Do we need additional block settings for webp?
