 Checked this morning:

 * php.ini reports timezone to UTC, the same in phpinfo()
 * WordPress settings has "Rome" as timezone. When I set to "UTC" the
 calendar is fixed and layout is correct.

 Does it mean we cannot set Local Timezone in wordpress settings?
