Comment:

 [attachment:"50870.4.diff"] is the same as [attachment:"50870.3.gif"] but
 removes an unnecessary cast to `array` as mentioned in
 [[https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/CULBN711P/p1605037930105800|slack]].

 For whoever commit's this, the cast was to mimic the equivalent code in
 `WP_Plugins_List_Table::prepare_items()` which was added in [37714].  As
 best I can tell, the case isn't needed there, but I don't want to include
 that change in this ticket...but feel free to make the change if you thing
 it's warranted.
