 Hi there, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

 It's not quite clear which elements the issue refers to. Does it still
 happen with all plugins disabled and a default theme (Twenty Twenty)
 activated?

 Could you add the steps to reproduce the issue on a clean install? Some
 screenshots might be helpful too.
