 Hi @pushkarsingh32. Not sure what you mean here. The shortcut seems to
 work for me. When I select text in the block editor and press CMD+K, I see
 a dialog for inserting a link. When I place my cursor over an existing
 link and press CMD+K, I see a dialog for editing that link.

 If you're still encountering this bug, could you please re-open the issue
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/new/choose in the Gutenberg
 repository] which is where development of the block editor happens?
