Comment:

 Hi @boredtodeathbookclub. I'm unable to recreate this. When I make my
 browser window smaller—to simulate using the block editor on a device with
 a smaller screen size—I'm able to scroll the More menu.

 If you're still encountering this bug, could you please re-open the issue
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/new/choose in the Gutenberg
 repository] which is where development of the block editor happens?
