 I'm still seeing this issue with 5.4.1 – I have a page marked as "Privacy
 Policy Page" in the pages overview, and it is marked as published, but
 this notice is still shown when editing. The post-ID of the page is 3 so
 it was not the first page created as far as I can tell.
