 Hey, everyone.

 It's bothering me (and i'm sure other people to) in my workflow some time
 now, which "I open my first ticket" ;)

 It's about the outgoing links on the Plugin Admin Page.
 Couldn't this open in a new tab or window, so that the user doesn't fly
 out of his dashboard?
