 What Theme are you using? Also, the issue ONLY occurs with the designated
 homepage.  All of the other pages will load the designated header image.
 I am in the midst of attempting to create a duplicate homepage (with the
 header image) and then swap them to see if that corrects the problem.  In
 other words, it's possible that the issue is with one specific page not
 related to the fact that the page is my homepage.
