 There is the
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/attachment_fields_to_edit/
 attachment_fields_to_edit] filter that can be used to add custom fields to
 the Attachment Details modal.

 You can find an example in the [https://wordpress.org/plugins/find-posts-
 using-attachment/ Find Posts Using Attachments] plugin.
