 @ianbelanger Thanks for working on this!
 - **Anchor links are working in windows with chrome browser**! - 1920 x
 1080 resolution, as well as smallest width window to somewhat mimic mobile
 width.
 - **Anchor links are crashing my chrome app on mobile** - Pixel 2. Once I
 select an anchor link, it starts scrolling down the content to the wrong
 location, and then becomes unresponsive.
