 I've found on numerous of my client sites, this plugin:
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-math-captcha/ has been installed, but
 have confirmed with the client & my team that it was nothing on our end. I
 saw that this plugin had not been updated for 2 years, could there be any
 vulnerability issues?
