 The FocalPointPicker component which came as a part of the Cover element
 is a great idea, but it only applies to that block.

 Can we implement this in the Media Library when editing the properties of
 an image?

 For themes that uses background images (eg: in tiles) this could allow for
 a standardised way of setting / getting the default background-position
 for that specific image.
