 @wisenilesh I think what happened here is dat you already made a new
 review for that plugin. In the first one you were very positive and
 probably gave a 5 star review: https://wordpress.org/support/topic
 /excellent-plugin-excellent-support-94/ . A few months later you wrote a
 completely new review and gave 1 star: https://wordpress.org/support/topic
 /worst-support-expect-tons-of-errors/ .  What happens in that case is that
 your oldest 5 star review also gets changed into the one star, but your
 original text on the 5 start review stays the same.
