 Also, forgot to mention that @johnbillion and I discussed including the
 new Redis and Memcached cache classes and we decided it was best to
 include them.
 - SimplePie won't know they are not present.
 - We don't currently exclude anything else in the library from inclusion.
 - Makes it easier to continue maintaining the library.
