 [attachment:"49295.11.diff"] integrates  the changes from 49295-heading-
 changes.diff, resets the font size on `5.4`, and removes the un-rotating
 CSS from the media queries (since we're not rotating the text in the first
 place).

 @davidbaumwald Can you try a hard refresh? sometimes the CSS caching is a
 bit aggressive.
