 Well, in any case… I've uploaded two patches, [attachment:"49295-heading-
 changes.diff"] iterates on [attachment:"49295.9.diff"]  to make the
 heading level changes consistent across all screens.

 And if we don't need the heading change anymore, [attachment:"49295-no-
 heading-changes.diff"] pulls out the non-heading related changes from
 [attachment:"49295.9.diff"] so they're easier to merge into the patch
 @audrasjb is working on.
