 Hello there. I've notice that when you change the role of user using the
 fast select and apply, doesn't really gives him those permissions.

 CHeck picture. If i select the test user like that as ADministrator, he
 will get the Title, but not the permission. I wouldn't be administrator. I
 need to open the user's profile and click Update user. That's the only way
 it will work:

 I've tested that on 2 wordpress sites, last verison. Both are with the
 same bug.
