 Are there any standard workflows on an iPhone or iPad that result in a
 HEIF or HEVC file being uploaded to WordPress? My  understanding is that
 any time a photo or video gets shared from iOS, it gets exported as a JPEG
 or MPEG.

 In what situation(s) does a HEIF or HEVC get exported without being
 converted?
