 [attachment:"49295.5.diff"] implements the latest mockup styles, switches
 up the embedded svgs, and reorganizes some HTML (but no string changes).

 In this patch, the header image is a background image pulled from the
 local uploads, so it won't work until that lives somewhere real. I think
 the header image SVG should be uploaded to the CDN, since it's a bit large
 for embedding into the CSS, but could go either way.

 I also added the badge (diagonal "code is poetry") into the header
 background image, since it's meant as a decorative element.
