 The top block on pages is missing an add block plus mark when you
 mouseover, and the mouseover is slow on all other blocks. The block edit
 icons also hides the text of the block above it making it difficult to
 edit pages if you can't read the text. Can the space between blocks be
 increased a bit or the icons be made slightly transparent so we can read
 the text under them a bit. We have to click off to read the text before
 clicking blocks again just to edit at the moment.
