 revealed there's a PR in Gutenberg that explores adding visual regression
 testing with percy.io https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/18797

 Worth investigating if this is a viable option for us, given it's a
 commercial service. The main advantage would be not having to store the
 test snapshots in our repo, as they might be quite large.
