 Hi WordPress Team,

 I am experiencing an issue, post the 5.3 upgrades, the non-admin users are
 not able to upload image completely. The upload progress bar will show
 pregress nearing 100%, and will finish with the below error message:

 "Post-processing of the image failed. If this is a photo or a large image,
 please scale it down to 2500 pixels and upload it again."

 and  the upload will not complete. Could you please include a fix for this
 issue in the next release.
