 Hi,

 I found a broken link in the developer docs and must be replaced or
 removed from the docs as it is ruining the user experience.

 From docs slack, one of the members told me that developer doc are
 generated from DocBlocks in the core source code.

 Therefore, I am approaching you via core Trac.
