 @ocean90 Thanks for making 5.4 strings available for translation!

 Is [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/about/release-cycle
 /releasing-major-versions/#translate-wordpress-org this checklist] still
 accurate? It doesn't include dotorg commits, could those be added there
 for completeness and future reference? Documenting all the necessary steps
 is one of the goals of the [https://make.wordpress.org/core/2019/12/20
 /call-for-volunteers-release-model-working-group/ Release Model Working
 Group] and would be helpful for future release leads.

 For 5.5+, there are plans of clearing the milestone by Beta 1 and
 branching earlier, I guess that might include an earlier string freeze as
 well.
