 Hello,

 I was wondering if we could develop a feature in WordPress that has its
 own RSS to read feeds from any websites without the use of a plugin.
 Currently I own a website https://drudge-report.net which is using a third
 party RSS reader but it makes the website so slow for visitors. I believe
 a feature like this embedded in wordpress will not affect web speed.
