 Again, as noted above, this is not the correct location to receive support
 with your WordPress site.

 I'm sorry that you are experiencing issues, but unfortunately, anyone
 reading this ticket will be unable to assist you.

 Your best two courses of action are to create a topic on the
 [https://wordpress.org/support/ WordPress.org Support Forums] for someone
 to guide you through steps you can take to fix your site, or to reach out
 to your hosting provider for them to help you restore your website back to
 the state it was in previously, as they are the ones responsible for
 hosting your website.
